The food you feed your pet has a huge impact on their health. At Fredericton Animal Hospital we believe in empowering our clients with knowledge on the nutrients their pets need. When your pet comes in for nutritional counselling we examine their diets to figure out if they are getting enough nutrients for their breed and age. At the end of each session we make recommendations for dietary changes and supplements. What are healthy foods for my pet?
When shopping for foods for your loyal companion you want to select foods rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals, fats and carbohydrates. What should I feed my senior pet?

Veterinary foods are generally less expensive than most brand name foods since it lasts much longer due to its high nutrient density (you feed your pet less at each feeding). Our food is guaranteed – if you find that a food you purchased from us isn’t meeting your pet’s needs, please return it for a full refund or exchange and we will work together to find the most appropriate food for your pet.
