Privacy of personal information is an important principle to the Fredericton Animal Hospital. We are committed to collecting, using and disclosing personal information responsibly and only to the extent necessary for the services we provide. Fredericton Animal Hospital will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the personal information collected will be as accurate, complete and as up-to-date as possible for the purposes for which the information is to be used.

Dear Clients,

With recent changes to restrictions on businesses, we have made some important updates to our operating policies.

1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, heartworm testing, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!

2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

  • We are currently allowing 1 client per pet appointment to enter the hospital.
  • For everyone's safety, we have social distancing protocols in place and all staff and clients must wear a mask.
  • All exam rooms are disinfected between each appointment.
  • Continue the use of credit cards as the preferred payment method. Cash will be accepted if necessary.
  • If you need to purchase food, please order online or drop by the clinic during regular hours. Shipping is free for online orders over $100 and only $5 for orders over $50.
  • For prescription refills, complete the online refill order form or text 506.455.1700. Ordering online is the fastest and easiest way to obtain a medication refill.
  • 3. CANCELLATION POLICY

    Clients must confirm their appointments 24 hours before their scheduled time slot at the latest. We will cancel appointments of clients who do not confirm and give the appointment to waitlisted patients.

    4. ZERO TOLERANCE AGAINST ABUSE

    We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who verbally, emotionally, or physically harm any of our teammates.

    5. OPERATING HOURS

    We are OPEN with the following hours:
    Monday to Friday: 7:30 am - 6:30 pm
    Saturday to Sunday: CLOSED

    Please note that after 6:00pm, our phone lines will be answered by our triage service, Guardian Vets.
